How We Handle Returns

At Drip Factory, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to be as hassle-free as possible, with a few simple guidelines to keep in mind.

Return Conditions

Non-customized Items:

You may return most non-customized items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided that the items are returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Customized Items:

Due to the personalized nature of customized merchandise, these items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless there is a defect in the product's quality or if the final product materially differs from the design submitted by the customer.

Limited Drop Items:

All sales are final for limited drop items due to their exclusive nature and limited availability, and these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the product.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Service:

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.

Pack Your Return:

Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product. Make sure the package is properly sealed.

Ship Your Return:

Send your package using a traceable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

Refunds and Processing

Inspection:

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is accepted, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

Exchange or Store Credit:

If you prefer an exchange or store credit, please indicate this preference when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Store credits will be issued within 7-10 business days upon return acceptance.

Exceptions and Exclusions

Drip Factory reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.
